when will my order ship?
orders usually ship within two weeks of placing your order.....THAT IS BUSINESS DAYS....WEEKEND DAYS OR SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR NORMAL TWO WEEK OUT THE DOOR DELIVERY TIMES.......AND unless you have requested expidited delivery date via an email to:  nicolinaroyale@gmail.com.  no orders ship until credit card or pay pal charges are cleared.  also, please note...when ordering near OR around any holiday season.....we are swamped and CANNOT guarentee ANY delivery date...due to numerous situations - including and not limited to - national holidays, holidays, delays in any form of delivery via usps, ups, fed ex or any other form of delivery.  sorry, but we cannot control many of the shipping factors.

how much does it cost to ship?
shipping charges are estimated fees to ship your merchandise based on the total amount of your purchase and the delivery method you choose.  these estimated shipping fees also include tracking fees and insurance for orders exceeding $100.00.  the estimated shipping chart below reflects shipping 1 or 2  items by your time frame of delivery...

when will my order arrive?
your nicolina royale items will ship via your shipping preference requested.  packages should arrive within 3 to 7 days if you selected 'ground shipping'.  2 & 3 day express services are also available to certain locations but transit times may increase if your order is shipped to a rural address or alaska, guam, hawaii & puerto rico during holiday seasons.  please remember that each nicolina royale piece is made by hand, given quality time to produce and complete your order.  also, please remember, once your item leaves our studio, you are the mercy of the USPS or whatever service we used for delivery. we will send email you the tracking information or confirmation number as soon as it leaves our studio shipping center, but you are responsible for any additional shipping fees or charges for undeliverable, unaccepted or refused shipments.

does nicolina royale ship international?
bloody yes, but international shipping rates do not include customs, duty charges, value added taxes and general service taxes.  orders that are shipped to countries outside of the USA may also be subject to import fees, import taxes or customs duties fees levied by the destination country.  any additional charges for customs clearance etc, are also the recipients responsibility.  we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what they may be.  customs policies vary from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information.  
please note;  most international shipments require 'customs clearance', therefore, your country's customs process may delay your order's arrival.  sorry, it is just the way it is, this is totally out of our control.

is there any place nicolina royale does not ship to?
we cannot ship to 'po boxes.'
nicolina royale offers a variety of shipping service options to addresses within the usa and usa territories via usps, ups or fed ex.  our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, your location and the time frame you choose for delivery.

what if i need my order by a specific date?
if you need your item to be in your hands by a 'specific date' for a gift or special occasion, please shoot an email to:  nicolinaroyale@gmail.com to address this.  nicolina royale will do everything possible to fill your request.
